  Samuel Montana -- Feedback: I never post. However, what happened to me needs to be known. I ordered a Christmas Basket, the FUNFILLED XMAS Item #5833. What was delivered would be more appropriate for my wife. It was a basket covered in heart filled wrap and peach colored bow and ribbon. Looked NOTHING like what I ordered. Not even some red/green Xmas colors. I immediately sent a message to BrazilGift where they suggested a basket replacement when my sister-in-law returns on January 17, 2017. My family lives in a very small town where having a delivery sent is impossible. So, my sister-in-law was the only one to send it to for her to personally deliver to my family upon her travel there. So, it is NOT acceptable to think an exchange of the basket on 1/17 is the correct resolution. BrazilGift had been responsive until I asked for a partial refund. After that request, I NEVER heard anything from BrazilGift again.
